Our property has been on the market for approximately two years when we listed it with Janet Cox. Immediately she saw that Property should be split into two parcels and sold individually. Because of Janet‘s expertise, one parcel of that land was sold within a couple months! She is amazing!

As I reflect on my Facebook memories from ten years ago today, I am reminded of the excitement and sense of accomplishment that came with purchasing my first home, represented by my mother. This was before I became a licensed REALTOR ®.

I listed my home for sale with Janet in January of 2011. I needed a quick sale in a very bad seller's market. Janet said she could not promise a quick sale, but she did promise to work it hard, and that she did. She was honest about the home's shortcomings and advertised it more than I had expected. She kept in touch about every showing and advised me of the advantage of taking small price reductions when necessary. She pointed out resale value to potential buyers, the value of the location, the potential of upgrades, etc. She knows Lincolnton like the back of her hand. I'm pleased to say at the end of 6 months and a lot of persistence, the home finally had an offer. It wasn't the offer that I had hoped for, but that is due to the poor economy and not any lack on Janet's part. You can't go wrong chosing Janet to market your home.

Janet helped me buy my house 12 years ago, this was our initial meeting. I was interested in buying a lot 2 years ago, and contacted her again. She helped me negotiate the deal and was present at the closing. I'll call her again when I am in the market for another house or land.
